Emperor of Kestinaddi
- Called "Dispenser of Horses"
- A son of Emperor Kestinendos.
- He hated the horse people.
- Depicted as riding a chariot.
- Born in Envestur.
- Became Emperor in 186 ST
- Hated Antirius and his worshippers.
- Besieged Raibanth in order to obtain the Cloak of Antirius.
- He acquired the Sandals of Protection as trophies and recognized them as part of the Imperial Regalia.
- Comment: Mashtathum had these sandals as a result of his inheritance. Was he then Viramkradda's heir?
- He sacrificed to Galgarenge to eat the horses of his enemies.
- Fought against Naveria in 196 ST but never lost Raibanth.
- Comment: The date is inferred from the birthdate of Khordavu because his father was fighting the Empty Emperor.
- The 203 ST date is more probably due to supporting evidence elsewhere (namely Khorzanelm Elleden's battle against Viramakradda).
