- Also known as Full Priests
- Rulers are over 7 feet tall and weigh about 500 pounds.
- They have wings which grow increasingly larger with age.
- They are rarely seen outside their nests.
- They spend their time meditating on becoming a True Dragon
Magic[edit | edit source]
- Rulers have access to the Dragon Magic of the Tailed Priests and Beaked Dragonewts.
- They are also known to:
- Turn into immense dragons.
- Summon and command Dream Dragons
- Shape the elements with their thoughts.
