The head of the Lunar Provincial Government.

• The position was first held by Phargentes who held office from 1545 ST to 1579 ST.
• The current governor is Appius Luxius who has held office since 1585 ST.
• It is not known if there was any governor between Phargentes and Appius.
• The Overseer resides at Mirin's Cross.
• Beneath him are:

• the General of Procurement and Disbursement,
• the General Priestess of the Lunar Provincial Church and
• the General of the Provincial Army
