- She was born in the Elmetchi tribe of Wendaria but did not know her father.
- She travelled east to Mount Jernalf where she was taught by Jernotius
- From there she travelled eastwards to the Red City, modern Carantes
- There she taught the people how to sing to the plants, how to build the four ovens (for baking bricks, bread, hare and Monster Man) and how to travel to the Sky with the Dreaming Paint.
- She married the Red King.
- She also promised to share the secret of eternal life with him on the promise that he find her father.
- She built a great tub, associated with BusEnari? to renew him.
- The Red King searched for six lifetimes and had five daughters and one son.
- When the son was born, he was named Idokaros and revealed that the Red King was the father that NavEria had sought.
- NavEria then sacrificed the Red King to send him to Jernotius.
- Her worship was spread to Dikoria.
- She appears on the Gods Wall at II-3.
- She is worshipped in Esvuthil and Kostaddi as Estedia "Oldest Woman"
