A future King of the Three Kingdoms
- He is only known from the Black Dragon Mountain Pictographs and the Takenegi Stele
- He is probably the Great Talar of the West referred to in [[Volume XIII]
- He came to power after Guilmarn's demise.
- He is shown in Pictograph XV, carrying a sword, a woodsman's axe and making a magical gesture.
- Comment: This indicates his Hrestoli beliefs.
- He is shown coupling with a snake goddess
- Comment: The goddess is Seshna Likita
- He was offered the Serpent Crown by three kingdoms, while being guarded by Stone Men
- His title is inferred from the TakenEgi Stelae.
- There, his armies were defeated by the Red Emperor in the Battle of Gladfield in 1642 ST
- The Stelae mentions that the Red Emperor met him but only says that his armies were no more.
- Likewise the Pictographs shows his army being destroyed in Ralios but does not show his own fate.
