- In the real world, it is Stafford Library Volume II and has no edition name.
- Please note that many other editions exist, these had distinctive version names such as the Ivory Edition and the Vernacular Edition. Other editions such as the Ivory Page manuscript (glossed text version) 3rd printing April 1995 and the Yellow page manuscript, printed June 29th 1993 were produced in small numbers and distributed by Greg Stafford. Most are identifiable by their printing date.
